Who We Are
Welcome to Harvard Neighbors! We are a campus organization for active and retired Harvard staff and faculty, visiting scholars and researchers, post-doc and program fellows, and their spouses or partners of Harvard University who attend and/or lead various interest groups and events. We warmly invite you to check out our website and become a member. We have been getting together for stimulating conversation and refreshments since 1894.

English Conversation Practice – Beginners
We talk about various topics for discussion that the Group Leader suggests to the participants.
The participants have ample opportunity to expand the conversation on their own, and asking each other questions.
We share cultural experiences from different countries….
How we do it
Our Interest Groups
We offer a variety of interest groups that are organized and led by volunteer members who meet around a specific topic or interest regularly during the academic year. We currently have over 15 active groups ranging in focus from art, music, film, culture, conversation, book groups, and more.
