Out and About takes you on fun, informative outings in and around Harvard, Cambridge, and Boston. Occasionally, we will take you to a Harvard treasure or on an insider tour that is generally unavailable to the public. Our excursions may involve food demonstrations or half-day adventures.

Visit the USS Constitution with us!

Friday, May 3rd at 9:45 AM

We invite you to experience life aboard a 1797 military sailing ship built in Boston! Join us on Friday, May 3rd, as we gather at 9:45 AM outside the Aquarium Stop of the MBTA. At 10:00 AM, we’ll board the MBTA FERRY TO CHARLESTOWN with a fare of $7.40 for a round trip (please bring the exact change). Our first stop will be the USS Constitution Museum, where we’ll delve into the rich history of this legendary vessel. Then, it’s time to take the USS Constitution herself for an immersive tour. Remember to bring your driver’s license or passport for boarding. After our maritime adventure, we’ll catch the MBTA Ferry back to Long Wharf and head to lunch at Wagamama in Quincy Market.
