My life started out in Flint, Michigan, and from there I went to Toledo, Ohio; Great Neck Long Island, New York; Wayne, Pennsylvania; Washington, DC; San Miguel, Philippine Islands; and then to Belmont, MA in 1963. With my husband, I have traveled to many countries on five continents. Once in Belmont, we raised our family and I joined many Interest Groups, the main one being the MIT Women’s Chorale. In addition to auditing several courses at Boston University, I volunteered in various places (school and town libraries, delivering Meals On Wheels) and am an advocate of exercise (jogging, bicycling, and indoor exercise groups). As an amateur, I enjoy listening to music (and singing) via the Chorale and attending Boston Symphony concerts both in Boston and in the Berkshires of western Massachusetts at Tanglewood.
